Lama Tsongkhapa is above. Depicted below are Manjushri, and Vajrapani which form a triad with Avalokitshvara symbolizing wisdom, power, and compassion are all essential for enlightenment. Avalokiteshvara's mantra is 'Om Mani Padme Hum'.
